  • Overview The Teravolt Servo Board is an industrial-grade power distribution and isolation module designed to safeguard your flight controller from the high-current demands of external payloads. Running heavy-duty servos, payload drop mechanisms, or high-intensity anti-collision lighting directly through a flight controller’s onboard power rail introduces the risk of voltage fluctuations, brownouts, and catastrophic mid-air resets.

    The Servo Board eliminates this single point of failure by completely decoupling your avionics power from your peripheral power. It intercepts the clean PWM command signals from the flight controller while routing the actual operating current from an independent, highly regulated external source.

    • High-Torque Servos: Safely manage actuation loads on large commercial platforms without affecting the flight controller.

    • Navigation & Safety Lighting: Drive high-draw LED modules, such as the Teravolt StrobeIT and StrobeIT-Pro series, without compromising sensitive onboard electronics.

    • Payload Deployment Systems: Isolate winches, drop mechanisms, and secondary companion systems from the main avionics stack.
