Shipping Charges & Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (India)
We provide flat-rate shipping for all orders within India. Delivery charges and estimated arrival times depend on the destination and parcel weight. You can view final shipping costs and timelines during the checkout process.

International Shipping
We deliver to selected international destinations. Shipping fees and estimated delivery durations vary depending on the country and customs clearance process. Please note: All import taxes, customs duties, or local charges must be paid by the recipient.

Order Handling Time

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Most deliveries are completed within 7 to 10 days from dispatch.

Logistics Partners

To ensure timely and safe delivery, we collaborate with trusted courier services including DTDC and Blue Dart. The courier selected may vary depending on your delivery address and preferred shipping method.

Tracking Details

Once your package is shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time, from dispatch to doorstep.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We appreciate your trust in shopping with Teravolt. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you through our return and refund process.

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
     

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
     

Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built or personalised components
     

  • Clearance or discounted products marked as “Final Sale”
     

  • Opened electronic modules that are no longer in seal-pack condition

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@teravolt.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
     

  2. Include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and photos (if applicable).
     

  3. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions and shipping details.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
     

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
     

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take some time for the amount to be reflected in your account.

Replacements & Exchanges

  • We offer replacements for products that arrive defective, damaged, or not as described.
     

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within three days of receiving your order. We'll help you with the next steps based on stock availability.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping.
     

For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
